- THE BENWAHS are a Birmingham UK based Punk band. THE BENWAHS initially formed in London 2007. After landing a spot playing the SU:BAR on HOLLYOAKS, being featured in local papers and recording with a top producer, THE BENWAHS unfortunately decided to part ways. However, Suzie Benwah, founder, writer and singer/guitarist of THE BENWAHS decided to move back to her beloved homeland Birmingham and bring together an all Brummie line up. Ben joined on drums and B.V’s ans Simon joined on bass and B.V’s. THE BENWAHS are now signed to MAS records and looking forward to lots of fun stuff happening in 2012!
